Evening Reception - $2,000

All indoor vendor displays must be in place by 9:45 AM on Tuesday, October 20.

4. Possible Demonstration Opportunity
Do you have a product, equipment, or process
you would like conference attendees to see up close? Conducting a Outdoor Demonstration or an indoor Deminar (demonstration seminar) is a fantastic opportunity for you to showcase the benefits in person. Limited spaces are available. A valid insurance certificate for outdoor demonstrations is required.
5. Shipping Materials
Exhibitors are responsible for making all packing
and shipping arrangements.
Lodging
A block of rooms for conference attendees will be available at a rate of $115 per night plus taxes and fees.
