Exhibit Package Includes

  • 8' x 8' Indoor Exhibit Space and/or

       Outdoor Space - up to 960 square feet

       (exact configurations may vary)​

  • One table, with tablecloth and two chairs, and electrical connection (indoor space only)

 

Vendor Fee Includes

In addition to the exhibitor package, the vendor fee also covers included meals, breaks, and conference materials for one representative of your company.

Sponsorship Options

Sponsorships are separate from registration and exhibitor space fees.
 

Evening Reception - $2,000 (One slot available.)
Includes prominent signage at event and throughout the conference, logo on electronic and printed materials and the conference website


Break Sponsor - $1,000 (Four slots are available.) Includes prominent signage at event and the sponsored break, logo on electronic and printed materials and the conference website.

General Sponsor - $500
Includes signage, logo on electronic and printed materials and conference website.

All indoor vendor displays must be in place by 9:45 AM 
on Wednesday, October 23.

4. Possible Demonstration Opportunity
Do you have a product, equipment, or process
you would like conference attendees to see up close? Conducting a Outdoor Demonstration or an indoor D
eminar (demonstration seminar) is a fantastic opportunity for you to showcase the benefits in person. Limited spaces are available. A valid insurance certificate for outdoor demonstrations is required.

 

5. Shipping Materials
Exhibitors are responsible for making all packing
and shipping arrangements.

Lodging

A block of rooms for conference attendees will be available at a starting rate of $95 per night plus taxes and fees. 

​

Rates are base on occupancy:
$95.00 for single and double occupancy 
$110.00 for triple occupancy  
$125.00 quad occupancy

 

An additional Resort Fee of $1.50/day and 11% hotel occupancy tax also apply.

The reserved room rates can be used Tuesday, October 22  through the weekend after the conference for those wishing to extend their stay.
