The Conference
The Roadway Management Conference brings together hundreds of roadway practitioners from across the region. Together they learn from experts and peers, visit with vendors, see equipment, and experience demonstrations relevant to local and state roadway agencies.

Audience
Practitioners who manage, design, construct, and maintain state, county, and municipal roads and streets. The RMC is designed to help these practitioners prepare for and successfully address public works transportation challenges using proven and innovative methods.

Lodging
The Roadway Management Conference will return to the Ashore Resort in Ocean City, Maryland on October 27-29, 2025.
Room Rates
A block of rooms for conference attendees will be available at a starting rate of $99 per night plus taxes and fees. Reservations can be cancelled within 72 hours of arrival.
This rate is only eligible for conference attendees. Anyone booked under this rate without a conference registration will have their lodging reservation cancelled.


Registration
Registration for the 2025 RMC will open in the coming weeks.

Early Fee: $225 (Until August 1)
Regular Fee: $300 (after August 1)

Vendor Registration Rates
Vendor Rate: $950 (includes one participant)
Additional Vendor Attendees: $225

No refunds after October 1, 2025. Cancellations before this date will incur a $25 processing fee.
