The Conference
Conference
The Roadway Management Conference brings together hundreds of roadway practitioners from across the region. Together they learn from experts and peers, visit with vendors, see equipment, and experience demonstrations relevant to local and state roadway agencies.

Audience
Practitioners who manage, design, construct, and maintain state, county, and municipal roads and streets. The RMC is designed to help these practitioners prepare for and successfully address public works transportation challenges using proven and innovative methods.

Lodging
The Roadway Management Conference will return to the Atlantic Sands Hotel and Conference Center in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware on October 23-25, 2024. Attendees can stay at either of our conference hotels for the rates listed below. The room block is limited, and reservations must be made by September 30, 2024 for the listed rates.
Atlantic Sands
Contact the hotel at (800) 422-0600, or (302) 227-2511 and use "Delaware T2/LTAP Block #10986" to obtain the special rates.
Breakers
Contact the hotel at 302-227-6688. Use the code #2097 and mention Delaware T2/LTAP to receive the conference rate.
Room Rates
A block of rooms for conference attendees will be available at a starting rate of $95 per night plus taxes and fees. Reservations must be made by September 30, 2024 to obtain these rates.
Rates are base on occupancy:
$95.00 for single and double occupancy
$110.00 for triple occupancy
$125.00 quad occupancy
An additional Resort Fee of $1.50/day and 11% hotel occupancy tax also apply.
The reserved room rates can be used Tuesday, October 22 through the weekend after the conference for those wishing to extend their stay.
